This policy explains what information Traveldom Inc("Traveldom", "we") collects on traveldom.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address and password hash when you create an account.
Booking information: traveler names and contact details, itinerary details, and (for flights) legally required traveler data such as date of birth and gender.
Payment information:payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (for example Stripe, or our travel suppliers' payment processors). We receive and store only non-sensitive references such as the card brand and last four digits — never full card numbers or security codes.
Usage information: basic technical logs and a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and a currency-preference cookie. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To operate the Site and your bookings: searching and booking with travel suppliers, payment processing, sending booking confirmations and service messages, price alerts and newsletters you request, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improving the Site.

3. Who we share it with

Only as needed to deliver the service: the travel suppliers fulfilling your booking (for example airlines via our flight partner Duffel, and hotels via Nuitée/LiteAPI), payment providers, our email delivery provider (for confirmations and messages you request), and our infrastructure providers (hosting and database). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for the booking lifecycle and for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active; you may request deletion (booking records we must retain by law are kept in restricted form).

5. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe links are included in newsletters and price alerts.
You can sign out everywhere by changing your password, and update account details in your account page.
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact us to exercise them; we will verify and respond as the law requires.

6. Security

Sessions use signed, httpOnly cookies; passwords are stored only as salted hashes; access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information other than traveler details provided by an adult making a booking.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
