Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of traveldom.com (the "Site"), operated by Traveldom Inc("Traveldom", "we", "us"). By using the Site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we do

Traveldom is a travel retailer. Flights, hotels, rental cars, activities and other travel products shown on the Site are provided by third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels and their distributors). When you book, your contract for the travel service itself is with the supplier that provides it; Traveldom arranges the booking. Supplier terms and fare or rate rules apply to each booking in addition to these Terms and are shown or linked before you pay.

2. Prices and payment

All flight prices are shown as total, all-in prices including mandatory taxes and fees, as required by US Department of Transportation rules. Hotel and other prices show the total charge and any mandatory fees before you pay. Depending on the product, your payment may be collected by Traveldom or directly by the supplier or its payment processor (for example, hotel payments may be collected by our hotel supplier Nuitée/LiteAPI through its secure payment element). The party collecting your payment is identified in checkout. Card details are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers; Traveldom does not store full card numbers.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the product and the specific fare or rate you selected, and are displayed before you book:

Flights: for tickets booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (US DOT rule). After that, the fare rules of your ticket govern change and refund eligibility and any penalties.
Hotels: each rate shows its own policy — free cancellation until a stated deadline, partially refundable, or non-refundable. Refunds follow the rate policy shown at booking.
Cars and activities:the supplier's policy shown at booking applies.

Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method by the party that collected the payment. Processing times depend on your bank.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler details (names must match government ID or passport), for meeting entry, visa, health and documentation requirements for your itinerary, and for arriving on time. Requirements change; verify them with official sources before travel.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, scraping, or violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only to search and book travel for yourself or others you are authorized to book for. Automated scraping, speculative or fraudulent bookings, and interference with the Site's operation are prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Travel services are provided by suppliers, and Traveldom is not liable for their acts or omissions (including schedule changes, delays, cancellations or overbookings by suppliers), except where required by law. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traveldom's aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount of our charges for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable consumer-protection rules.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to bookings made after they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
